and culture in the Iranian community as well as those non Iranians,
in the United States and Canada, interested in learning and getting
acquainted with Iranian society. We strive to provide you with the
latest selected books, music and movies from or about Iran. Our
emphasis is on literature, poetry, social and political books. An
overwhelming majority of our books are from Iran and are in Farsi,
but we also carry Farsi and English books printed in Europe and
United States. All of our books are in some way or other related
to Iran. We are an Internet based company and can provide you with
the most affordable prices in the U.S. All of our products are in
stock in the United States and will be shipped to you as soon as
we receive your order. At this time, we are set up to serve the
United States and Canada residents only. Because our books are mailed
from Iran, we have noticed that some get damaged in the process.
When this happens, the damaged books are so identified, and the
price adjusted to reflect the condition of the books. Unless otherwise
stated, our movies are not with English subtitles.

If you receive a book or other product due
to our error, contact us at support@KetabeIran.com
and simply return it to our address within 7 work days via registered
mail and we will issue you a full refund.
If the product is damaged and that fact was not indicated in the
catalog, e-mail us at support@KetabeIran.com
within 7 days from receiving it and we will try our best to reach
an equitable solution to your complaint. If we determine that you
are not at fault, we will either replace or issue you credit for
the returned item and will have to charge a 20% restocking fee.
